What happens to the feedback?
All feedback is summarised and reported to our CEO and Executive Leadership team. We use the feedback to help us improve as part of our continuous improvement policy.

What if I want to make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about the council's standard of service, actions or lack of actions by staff, you can use the form below or you can submit your complaint by letter or email us at email@example.com
We are committed to ensuring that your complaint will be handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, investigated thoroughly and dealt with as quickly as possible. On receipt, your complaint will be directed to the appropriate senior manager for actioning.
