Navigation Safety Bylaw - review delayed

A planned review of the Navigation Safety Bylaw 2017 has been delayed.

Council have approved the delay due to a likely review by the Minister of Transport, of Maritime Rules Part 91, which the bylaw must align to. Any changes to the rule will affect the final bylaw.

A review of the bylaw will be revisited by council in 2024.
