This report is on estimating river ecosystem metabolism using continuous dissolved oxygen (DO) data. The purpose of this Envirolink and partly NRC funded project was to get advice and guidance from Cawthron Institute on data collection, data management, data analysis and reporting of the NPS-FM (National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management) water quality attributes related to DO measurements. The report includes a data analysis automation tool using R script.
