Update on activities currently happening within the catchment including those which will improve water quality.

5 Presentation: Crude shipping proposal

Greg McNeill, Refining NZ, will inform the group on their proposal to deepen the channel used by crude ships berthing at the refinery.

6 Discussion

David will lead a discussion on identifying sites in the urban catchment for restoration work as part of the Whāngārei Harbour Support Projects.

7 Discussion

Darryl will continue the discussion on moving from uses and values to objectives. Tonight we will focus on refining the attributes, identifying the linkages across the uses/values, and drawing in the information about our knowledge of the current state of these attributes.
