It has a tall orange Fergie buoy on it. Newly serviced, it's worth $2,000.
The Fergie has a 32mm rope going up the middle, a large stainless steel swivel on top to which is attached a 24mm rope with an anti-chaff sleeve over it with a long spliced loop at the end to attach your boat to. Done professionally by the mooring contractors.
Just bring the bow of your boat up to it & grab the rope.
Short term rental is also available (on a weekly basis) until the mooring is sold.
