The NRC has become overstaffed, inefficient, and distracted from its core purpose. I bring practical leadership and real-world experience to restore financial discipline, refocus spending where it matters, and deliver services without waste. It's time for a return to common sense, accountability, and value for money. The excessive rate increases must stop.

Born and bred in Northland, I began my career as a farmer before building a respected housing business that  delivered over 100 homes a year for our community. I understand the challenges of working with councils and why their culture must change.

I believe in fair, equal treatment for all, and I will stand up for local people and priorities. The Bay of Island -  Whangaroa area has been poorly represented for too long. We need a stronger, more effective voice at the council table - and I have the experience and determination to deliver exactly that.
