As a long-term resident of Kerikeri, I bring a wealth of experience and passion for local governance to the Northland Regional Council.  With nine years of service on the Bay of Islands/Whangaroa Community Board, I have a proven track record of effective leadership and collaboration (e.g. as Chairperson of the Kerikeri Domain Working Group, I successfully spearheaded the initiative to improve the facility). As a member, past Commodore, and current trustee of the Kerikeri Cruising Club, I am interested in providing safe access for local residents to enjoy the recreational opportunities that the Bay of Islands and Northland coast have to offer.  Keen on seeing careful management of these areas, I'm committed to preserving the marine environment and ensuring that sustainable practices are upheld.  I believe that my vision aligns with the community's values, making me the ideal candidate to advocate for the responsible stewardship of our precious coastal resources.
