Land Management Advisor - Far North

We have a vacancy for an experienced Land Management Advisor in our Far North Land Team.

The position has a range of key functions including working closely with landowners and other key stakeholders to promote sustainable land use (including water quality and soil conservation management) practices throughout the Mid to Far North of the Northland region.

The position is based in the sub-tropical Far North area, either the Waipapa or Kaitaia Office (location to be discussed with preferred applicant).

You will ideally have a Degree Level Qualification in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Management or similar.

You will have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role and an in-depth understanding and abilities in riparian management, soil conservation, sustainable land management and farming practices or catchment management. You will have previously worked with landowners, industry, community and environmental care groups
