Regional Policy Statement - 5 Year Efficiency and Effectiveness Review
Section 35 of the Resource Management Act (RMA) requires the NRC to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the RPS. A report on this review of the RPS must be completed every five years.
The NRC has completed the 5 year efficiency and effectiveness report for the RPS.
This report was published in December 2006.
