Bus service Easter, Anzac Day hours
Whangarei Bus Services patrons are reminded buses will be operating – but to a Saturday timetable - on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Chris Powell, Regional Transport Team Leader for the Northland Regional Council, says the service will operate on both the Good Friday (Friday 6 April) and Easter Monday (Monday 9 April) public holidays.
Mr Powell says the service – administered by the Regional Council - will run to a Saturday timetable on both holidays, but will remain shut as usual on Sunday April 08 (Easter Sunday).
Meanwhile, he says the Bus Service will also operate to its Saturday timetable on this year’s Anzac Day public holiday, Wednesday 25 April.
Mr Powell says signs advising of both the Easter holiday and Anzac Day operating hours will be placed in buses to alert patrons.
