The 2009 Teacher Workshops will be held at the Bay of Islands Yacht Club.
How do I find the Bay of Islands Yacht Club?
Head from Paihia north-west over Waitangi River bridge.
Turn hard right immediately upon leaving the bridge. Keep veering right as you turn (don’t head left and end up at the Copthorne reception!)
Keep hard right after turning, hugging the Waitangi River banks.
You will be travelling along a road with the river on your right and the Copthorne Waitangi hotel on your left.
Follow this road for approximately half a kilometre.
The Bay of Islands Yacht Club is to be found at the very end of this road, a low, one storey brown weatherboard building behind high green hedging.
The Yacht Club is (not obviously) signposted as you arrive at the hedge.
Drive through the entranceway to park.
