The camera is looking at the Kaeo River. The river flows away from the camera towards SH 10.
Frequency of the images
Images are taken by the camera and uploaded to NRC webpage at the following intervals:
- When water levels are between 0 and 1.800m the camera will take an image as near to 8.00am, 12.00 noon, 4.00pm and 8.00pm
- When water levels are at or above 1.800m images will be taken at 15 minute intervals until the water level drops to 1.800m
