Below is a list of the resource consent applications which are currently open for you to have your say on.

Making a submission

There are a number ways in which you can lodge a submission on any of these resource consent applications.  You can:

1. Hand deliver your submission to any of the Council’s offices – these are located at:
   
   • 36 Water Street, Whāngārei
   • 61B Victoria Street, Dargaville
   • Unit 10, Ōpua Industrial Marine Park, Ōpua, and
   • 192 Commerce Street, Kaitāia
   
   
2. Post your submission to Private Bag 9021 Whāngārei Mail Centre, Whāngārei 0148
   
3. Fax a copy of your submission to (09) 438 0012, or
   
4. Email your submission to Email: mailroom@nrc.govt.nz
